After our first meeting with Dave, we knew we wanted him for our builder. Although we thought we knew what we wanted, he offered very good additional suggestions that we incorporated into the design. The whole operation when buy very smooth from start to finish. Dave has a very good reputation with all his suppliers as being very precise and well organized as we found out. Kathy was great too. She was very well organized and kept us up to date during the whole construction period.
Our building experience was very pleasurable and rewarding. We have had numerous compliments on the house and the color. Living on the lake, we went with regatta blue siding with white trim. It is very appropriate for a lake setting and we are very happy with the choice.
We would surely recommend Dave and his crew to anyone who is thinking about building a house. The quality and workmanship are top notch.
